1 General Terms and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ccd33 platform and all of its services. These Terms form a binding agreement between ccd33 and the user of the platform ("Member" or "User").

By visiting the ccd33 website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitration authority, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create and use an account on the ccd33 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. The platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true, accurate and up to date.
• The name and mobile number used for the account must match the payment account.
• It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep the account password confidential.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ccd33 reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age and payment method at any time. A National Identity Card (NID), passport or other valid government-issued document may be requested for verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to activate this bonus.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Any winnings earned from a bonus must be wagered 25 times (25x) the total bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated in the offer description.
• A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• ccd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address, device or household is prohibited.

3.4 VIP Program

The ccd33 VIP Program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and participation. ccd33 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Payment methods currently accepted at ccd33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for deposits.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Payment Responsibilities

The member bears full responsibility for providing correct payment information. ccd33 will not be held liable for any funds lost due to incorrect information. If fraudulent payment activity is detected, the associated account will be suspended immediately.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on ccd33 are conducted fairly and transparently. The software and rules of game providers form the basis of all gaming activities. In the event of any technical error, the decision of the ccd33 authority is final.

5.2 Betting Rules

• Each game has its own betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the result will be determined based on server logs.
• For sports betting, event results are confirmed from official and recognised sources.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

All sports betting activities, including cricket betting, follow applicable rules. For all tournaments including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup, only the official final result announced by the relevant authority will be counted. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Abusing bonuses or strategically exploiting the bonus system for personal gain.
• Playing games using automated bots, software or algorithms.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts without authorisation.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Fraud or collusion on the platform.
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information.
• Unauthorised use of ccd33's brand, logo or services.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by ccd33

ccd33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• If the account holder is confirmed to be a minor.

7.2 Account Closure by the Member

7.3 Balance After Account Closure

In the event of account closure, any remaining valid balance will be returned in the designated manner based on applicable terms and conditions. Balances may be forfeited in the case of accounts closed due to fraud.

9.3 Gaming Losses

Gaming is inherently risky. Members bet at their own risk and ccd33 is not responsible for any losses. Members are advised to always bet within their means.

10 Changes to Terms
